For each purchase you make on PointDeal you earn points that you can use on PointShop.co.uk. You can login to your PointShop account to see how many points you have and what you can get with them in the shop.
Use your voucher code directly from the basket. Enter the code in the "voucher code" and the amount will be deducted from the price of the selected item.

If the item you wish to order is not in stock, we have already been informed and we are working as hard as we can to get it for you. Keep an eye on the product over the next few days, because you may be able to order it within the next few days.
If your user account has been deleted without your involvement is it caused by the fact that the terms and conditions of PointShop have not been followed. - You can find the terms and conditions here. . We reserve the right to delete users without warning if they do not follow the present terms and conditions. If you feel that we have made a mistake, please contact our Customer service team.
If after 7 days from when your order was dispatched (see order confirmation) you still haven't received your product, we will have to investigate what has happened with the delivery. This is how you search for your package:

You have a right to cancel your purchase, though you have to return your item(s) within 14 days from the day you received it. The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as you received it in. This is how you regret your purchase:
  • Download the RMA document here
  • Print and fill out the document.
  • Send the form (filled out) with the item/s via post to PointShop A/S, Skibbrogade 3, 3. sal, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark If you have you packed the item out of the foil or seal, you waive your right of cancellation under the Consumer Act (§ 20 paragraph. 3, No. 2). Please note, returns sent after the 14 day window will NOT be accepted.
You can cancel your VIP membership at any time using the self-service area on pointshop.co.uk. However, please remember that when your VIP membership expires you will lose all of your many advantages on PointDeal (including free delivery) as well as the other many benefits on all our other sites . If you cancel your VIP membership, please be aware that you're not allowed to become a VIP member again within the following six months. You can also cancel your VIP membership by writing to ourCustomer service team.
If you do not have a user account on PointShop.co.uk, we will automatically create a user account for you using the email address that you used for your purchase on PointDeal. This is to ensure that you will be able to use the points you earned from your purchase in our shop on PointShop.co.uk. If you wish to delete your PointShop.co.uk account, you can do her. To delete your account you'll need to use your password, which you can find here.
